Scott is very easy going. This is the first time I bought a vehicle without being pressured to sign. He is also very helpful and will try to save you as much money as possible. Way better buying a chevy here than from the greedy local dealers in the Toronto area.

I had the most amazing experience with the purchase and trade in process here. Darcy and the team were fair and extremely accommodating taking a trailer in as part of my trade and working with me to accommodate moving tools between the new and old vehicle (work trucks). Couldn’t be happier with the experience here!

Took days to respond to get an appraisal. A lot of me chasing the sales person (Charlie) without getting any follow up. Finally the next follow up I had received was the vehicle was sold. It's unfortunate. I won't give a complete one star as one person shouldn't bring the rating down like that, but I can say I was disappointed. Edit to add: communication would have been nice throughout the process. Pictures of the vehicle would have been nice as well as requested. Replies to texts or calls for updates would be great when trying to make a sale. The overall process could have been better. You can take my review how you see fit , or try and train staff a bit better in order to make sales. Thank you for your response.

Excellent customer experience from the moment I reached out to inquire about buying a vehicle to the moment I drove away with my new car. Scott was very timely and thorough in his responses to me and clearly laid out my options. Wendy was lovely to deal with on the phone/email to help get things sorted from a financing perspective. Upon picking up my vehicle I was given a detailed overview of all of the features the vehicle has. A truly seamless and enjoyable experience. I live 2 hours away and McGee motors will continue to have my business.
