McGinley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I recently traded my Trax for a F-150 at this dealership. My experience was that this was a no pressure dealership. The salesman, GM, and F&I manager were just normal people looking to earn future business. I got a fair price for my trade, paid a fair price for my new to me vehicle, and was not overcharged for the extended warranty. They stayed past closing to have a good end to their night, and didn’t have me waiting needlessly for ever to finish up the deal. I must be losing my charm. Anyway, I highly recommend checking them out.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We brought my wife’s Chrysler Town & Country in on Tuesday, October 28th to have it diagnosed. We told them that two other shops had suggested a possible fuel pump issue, but we specifically wanted a proper diagnosis before approving any repairs. Somehow, that was misunderstood as authorization to only replace the fuel pump. We were later told, “We made the executive decision to only replace the fuel pump because that’s what you said was wrong with it.” That is not what we said. Mike even admitted he made this decision without our approval and, instead of calling us, “consulted with other staff.” To make matters worse, they installed an aftermarket fuel pump that caused more problems than the original issue. We were charged $1,032, and nothing was actually fixed. When we went to pick up the van, it wouldn’t even start. Mike said he’d get to it the next day, but they didn’t touch it again until the following Monday. Only then did they finally run a diagnostic, claiming there were cylinder misfires and that the TIPM needed replacing — which didn’t align with the original issue at all. When my wife tried to discuss this in person and by phone, Mike repeatedly avoided contact — leaving the front desk when she entered, refusing to make eye contact. When I went in myself, he tried to claim she never asked for a diagnostic — effectively calling her a liar. McGinley’s actions have left our vehicle in worse shape than before, and we’re now paying someone else to fix what they made worse. We feel our $1,032 was money lost, and this shop has permanently lost our business. If you value honest communication, proper service, and accountability, steer clear of this place.

My husband and I had an incredible experience buying a new car at McGinley! Robert was our salesman and Justin helped with financing. Everything about this experience was amazing! 99% of the time, buying a car is awful. It’s stressful, it’s bickering, it’s sales pitches etc. Salesmen are pushy, they lie, throw ultimatums at you….But McGinley isn’t that at all. Robert and Justin were respectful, honest, helpful, kind. They gave us information, options and choices.We were relaxed and felt comfortable. Thank you for making this a really good memory for my Husband and I. We love love love our new vehicle. We highly recommend this place! Great prices, inventory and MANNERS 🙏❤️

I have had a lot of warranty work done through McGinley here in Highland. I drive for Uber and I'm very dependent on my vehicle unfortunately the part I needed was very hard to find in the Chrysler Network (back ordered).Thankfully Chad and Rob went above and beyond to get my part in from another dealer and put on my van in a super fast manner. Thanks for caring so much it made a difference. Really glad to be working again.

Had a great experience here. Bought a new Jeep with no hassles, no problems, and not even the slightest amount of pressure. They really had the best deal around. Take the drive to Highland and you'll see why!
