I had the best experience with buying a vehicle from here. Christina Kaufman is Absolutely Awesome and made the whole process very smooth and easy especially with us buying from out of state 2 1/2 hrs away. She spent a lot of her time with making calls to me sending text messages and emails. She got the answers to all of the questions that I had and was the most pleasant, sweetest and nicest person through the whole process. When we went to pick up our truck Doug Lawrence took care of us and he had it parked by the doors ready and waiting on us. He had all of our paperwork ready went over the truck with us answered any questions we had. Doug was super nice and pleasant, he didn’t rush us at all as we were looking over the truck and offered us something to drink. Christina and Doug definitely made this the Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Christina and Doug to help you with your purchase. Everyone here works well together and this place is like a Well Oiled Machine!!! We would definitely drive 2 1/2 hrs. again to make another purchase because of the Awesome service we received with our purchase!

I walked in looking for a couple different options I spoke with a wonderful, professional young woman Alley. She was more than happy to point me in the right direction. She was always willing to help in anyway she could every step of the way. I would 1000% return just to talk to people with Alley professionalism!

My dad's car finally gave out on him and he needed to get a new vehicle. I called McGonigal and they connected me to Shawna and I explained the situation to her. I am 700 miles away and couldn't be there to help him thru the leasing process. Shawna took excellent care of my dad and get him what he needed while staying as close to his budget as she could. There was some confusion at signing and I called and talked to the fiance manager Kevin Simms about the confusion. He was very accommodating and easy going and we discussed the issues and he got them taken care of which is a rarity these days I was really pleased with how they treated my dad and the care they took to not only walk him through the process but also showing him the new features of his new vehicle (he is 85 and technology is not his thing).

Take my car here for service, Jade one of the service advisors is an awesome person to deal with! Always smiling and polite and very helpful. Answers all your questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it the answer and get back to you.

Jade greeted us by name when we arrived for our appointment. While servicing our vehicle they found cabin and air filter were dirty and wipers need replaced. She explained the need, the benefits, and price for replacing them. She also pointed out it could prevent more costly repairs in the future. She has always been truthful and trustworthy in the past so we had all repairs performed. It took a little extra time but we felt it was worth it for the satisfaction of knowing our vehicle was in great condition. Jade had always been helpful with our warranty or customer pay repairs!
