I travel all over Indiana for work and didn’t realize my CT5 was in need of an immediate oil change. I drove by McGonigal & pulled into service. I explained I had barely over an hour to fit an oil change in, but badly needed it. Drew took care of me on the spot & got me in and out in an under an hour. Also, Quinton “Q” Alber introduced himself to me while I was walking around and showed me the newer CT5. Super low pressure approach and very nice staff!!

I bought a late model Cadillac recently and it was a positive experience. Kyle Tilley the salesperson was fantastic to deal with, personable and a good listener/communicator. Kevin in Finance was also good, and I was pleased with the loan rate/term I was offered. I 100% recommend Kyle and McGonigal. Everyone made efficient use of my time. Kyle is a great asset to the team there.

Last time I'll come here. Absolutely ridiculous that a tire change and alignment takes over 4 hours with an appointment. Maybe hire people that know how to do a tire change without breaking things....

After dealing with several car dealers in the Indianapolis area, I was stunned at the professionalism of Aaron Pitts at McGonigal Cadillac! Aaron is polite, straight forward, and knows vehicles! What a pleasant surprise after dealing with a few other dealerships in the Indy area! Aaron didn't try and "talk me" into anything. He answered every question I had regarding the model I was looking at, explained the features and secured financing for me without ever doing a "sales job" on me. In fact, everyone I had contact with during the process at McGonigal were professional and knowledgable. I couldn't believe that by simply driving a little bit north of my home I would find a car buying experience that was far and away better than anything I've experienced in the Indy area.
