Great experience here, Anthony was fantastic. The entire process and team was great, the services out back are terrific. The missing star. They need to update. Spend some money in the establishment. Its an old building and needs some updates. Parking is nonexistent. You typically drive a car to a car dealership right? Where are you supposed to put it? I don't see this ever happening but rebuild from the ground up? I've been on some fancy dealerships. Mirak could use a facelift, give these guys better desks to work from, A rug, better amenities.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Cruz in August 2023 from them. the new owner 'Govern' refused to provide customer support for that vehicle. Very disappointing. I call at least 6 times asking for a copy of prior paperwork. No success.

Bought my first car in December 2023 and they never processed the EV credit paperwork. I have been in a war with the IRS since March because they rejected the almost $4,000 tax credit all because their finance department couldn't fix the issue even after I visited the dealership in May of this year. Al Salvia in particular was very verbally abusive when I visited the showroom, screaming and shouting that there was no way he could help me and that I was lying about being told I could claim an EV credit. Which is hilarious considering his employees were telling me that other people were reaching out to this dealership with the same exact problem. About a week later, he said that the finance team could fix it and all I had to do was provide my SSN so they could update their record of sales. I love my car, but don't come here unless you want to be a victim of fraud.

Deceptive and unprofessional dealership – proceed with caution. After providing all my personal and financial information, communication abruptly stopped. Despite repeated calls, I received no response for over a week. Without my consent, they submitted a loan application at a higher interest rate and incorrect price. Promises regarding pricing, incentives, and extras were not honored, and staff were dismissive and unprofessional. This dealership demonstrated a lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for customer consent. I strongly caution others from doing business here.

I had excellent service here. My Hyundai Santa Fe had a recall for a software update, they also offered a free oil change. I scheduled via the link in the email and was taken right away (actually 10 minutes early). They said it would take about an hour, so I waited, they were right. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, free coffee and some donuts, TV and massage chairs with charging station for your devices. Very pleasant experience, the only thing that would have made it better would be a WiFi connection available.
