Kevin was personable, knowledgeable , and helpful throughout my shopping and buying experience . Although we were initially somewhat apart on the asking vs. offer amounts, he maintained a cordial contact until we finally agreed on a fair price at all. He went out of his way to keep in touch, never pressuring me, but letting me know offers were still appreciated. The closing was fast, including him coming in on his day off to ensure that the transfer went smoothly. A truly professional experience. And the car is terrific.

Horrible experience at McGovern Chrysler Jeep in Acton. My experience was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Buyer beware. Purchased a vehicle from sales associate Jada Ryan. Paid in full with cash. Turns out dealership did not have title in hand(illegal for a dealership to sell a car without the title). For an entire month I was told they were requesting a duplicate title as there was an issue with the original one(not disclosed to me at signing). After waiting a month, after getting a run around with no communication on their end, only after I would inquire to them would I get a response. I decided to cancel my purchase and requested a full refund immediately. I was met with severe attitude, unprofessionalism, hostility and ignorance from General Manager Jimmie Pritts and Sales Manager Austin LaFleur regarding my request. These leaders at this business are liars, extremely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves. I will never do business with them and will never recommend them either. I reported this to the state police licensing agent and they got involved immediately and are doing a full investigation into their fraud. Be careful at this dealership!
