Great dealership. The associates were very knowledgeable and professional. My salesperson, Nate, paid careful attention to what I wanted, and I landed on the Highlander Hybrid — which I love. Nate also spent a good amount of time explaining the important features and control.

Service advisor Sean was great! Dropped off my Tundra Sunday afternoon using the drop-off box. I had no appointment-- I got a call from him following morning and was told it *might* not be able to get serviced that same day, I understood completely, assumed it would take most of the week to fit me in, diagnose, get the parts and install. A couple hours later I get a call saying they were able to get it in! The technician sent a video of a walk-around inspection and confirmed what I thought the issue was and gave me more recommendations AND explained why they were being recommended. They were able to get it all serviced that day (Rear calipers, rotors, pads, replaced an entire hub and changed the oil) in only a few hours. Astonishing time turn-around, I went in to pay and pick up the truck in the afternoon and to my surprise, they even had my truck pulled up to the service door by the time I paid for the repair order. I have worked in the sales department at Toyota dealerships for nearly a decade and this is the most efficient I have ever seen one run.
