Our salesperson Saul was great to work with. Explained what each vehicle we looked at had to offer. And answered all our questions. Very happy we went with the sunroof model he suggested we test drive.

**Update: wow. Just....wow. I'm so happy I have my car back already! I was doubtful this would work out. I got angry then sad and then I just sat and bawled, but all for nothing! Susan in service cleared things up, worked with VW's GM, and they all managed to keep their word. We have found a new home for any service work we need. Thanks Susan...I appreciate YOU!! (Yes, you!)** So far so good. We'll see what gets fixed and I'll update.

I want to share a shout out to Susan and Zach and the other mechanics in the shop who worked on my vehicle. I’m working here from out of town and noticed my car making a weird noise. They got me in same day at 1pm and worked hard to get my vehicle fixed and ready to go before closing time. I appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service skills. I hope management sees this and expresses my gratitude again!

It was a pleasure working with Hugo. He explained what needed to be done and kept me informed. Very pleasant. Person definitely would come back told me about the specials and the deals that were on and I was just very impressed with the service.

Cody our sales guy was AWESOME! Cody was very patient with us and made sure we were satisfied all the way till the end! We also had Mark in the beginning while waiting on Cody to become available! Mark was EXCELLENT as well! Riley Martin in finance was the BEST! Riley didn’t stop till he got us all the extras we wanted in our warranty package! DEFINITELY would recommend McGrath GMC to anyone in the market to buy a new vehicle! Go see Cody or Mark!
