Trevor and Tristan were really great to work with! I traveled over an hour and a half with a 2 year old to see/buy a vehicle. They were very kid friendly and understanding which is very much appreciated! If I purchase another vehicle in the future I would definitely go back and work with them.

Service team really went out of their way to take care of me. I broke down 5 hours from home and they got me in the shop immediately! Sent a courier to get the part I needed to get me back on my way two days before Christmas. My vehicle is a 25 year old Suburban. The Mechanic diagnosed the transfer case issue immediately. Said he had done many of those repairs back in the era of my vehicle. Said he would stay as long as he needed to make sure we got home today. In addition to the actual repairs, they drove me around town for two days to make sure I got all my business in Dubuque completed. They treated me like their best long term customer even though they knew they would probably never see me again. That tells you a lot about them.
