Living a few hours away and having a very busy schedule between work and kids, McGrath offered to deliver the vehicle to my work and even brought the purchasing paperwork to me to sign. I would give them 5 stars for their customer service and convenience! With that, I will say I was a disappointed we didn’t review the financial agreement ahead of time, as I was told by the salesperson that the final price of the vehicle was $27,999, but the agreement showed $29,100 plus a $1,295 fee for clear coat that was not disclosed to me. For sales where customers are not on site, I encourage more transparency with buyers, making sure to note any additional fees and ensuring accurate communication on pricing prior to signing the financial agreement.

Had two terrible experiences trying to buy a car recently with two different dealerships. I finally was able to connect with Joey and he was able to help me find my perfect fit. He did video walk arounds of multiple vehicles and walked me through the whole decision making process. He made the sale aspect amazing. Then for financing I worked with Marshall and he was able to work some magic and took care of everything for me. Because of my prior dealings, I had already traded my car in with a different dealer so I didn’t have a way to come get the new car so Joey drove it to me and delivered it. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck at another dealership and was lied to over the phone about the condition of the truck. So I figured if I drove 2 hours I might as well check out other dealerships in the area. I went to McGrath Chrysler and Jared greated my family. He worked with us to get us the best deal. My 8 year old son even enjoyed being there during my purchase. Jared had cars on his desk he let him play with, offered us drinks, and made us feel at home. After the sale I asked about a good place to eat and he suggested a buisness a mile down the road that proved well to be worth it. Jared and the guys at MxGraths made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable! I will be returning to see Jared to get another vehicle this fall!

I had an amazing experience at McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As first time car buyers me and my boyfriend were nervous to walk into a dealership but McGrath eased the experience for us. Working with our man Cade on finding us the best deal for us was fairly straightforward. They were quick on finding cars we liked and were determined to find the one we loved. We appreciate these guys very much, and couldn’t thank them enough for the amazing deal they found for us.
