I had a great experience at the dealership! Alex was the salesman. He made the trade-in experience very smooth. This isn’t my first rodeo with car shopping but it was when it comes to a PHEV vehicle. I was skeptical about a lot in regards to the vehicle, mileage per charge, the way it works. Alex was patient and answered my questions thoroughly, if he didn’t know the answer, he found it out. Definitely will be coming back Also, the service crew is great. Tom has taken care of me for an issue which was covered under warranty. They ensured I was well informed, every step of the way. The drive for me to get to the dealer is a little lengthy, but well worth it for the customer service

He listened to what I wanted in my vehicle, gave me insight in some key differences between different options and then brought out the vehicle I knew I was leaving with as soon as I saw it! The manager worked to get me the best rate and the young lady that walked me through my paperwork was very kind and thorough. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I recommend McGrath Mazda!

The staff was very attentive. Jose was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I was able to look at the different models and make an informed decision. They were patient while I made my decision.
