What a great experience! The entire process was so smooth from Monte replying to my online inquiry within a few hours and then connecting me with my saleswoman, Melissa. Both were excellent communicators and made the entire process so easy. Melissa was so patient, especially with all of my questions and helped guide me through everything including setting up all the features in my new vehicle which was so appreciated!

Shout out to Toyota of Elmhurst on dealing with me while choosing my new 2026 Toyota Crown Platinum two-toned Heavy Metal / Black. I am self admittedly a pain in the neck, with a ton of questions and needs. Edgar was the first person that I met. He ended up being my salesperson. He was kind, courteous and went to bat for me several times regarding my asks and needs. He made me work for it, but he served me well. Thank you Edgar. You’re a good dude! Then I met Jack in finance. He’s a well groomed, well spoken fine young man. He presented all the details of my car, did all the leg work for me regarding all my taxes and title, and he also even had my new license plates available and had them installed on my new car. He was kind and patient and fair with me. Thank you Jack. And last but not 💯 not least, was my Tech guru Andres. This young man is top notch. He’s is one of the most patient people that I’ve ever met. Talk about answering questions….WOW!!, this guy knows it all. His presentation of all the features of my new car brought me from “clueless” status to darn near “expert” status. Not only did he teach me my car, but he set up my Toyota app so that I can talk to my car via my phone. This is such a great tool. He patiently allowed me to go through every button and setup option on my car. Now, my car is truly mine thanks to Andres help. This man is going to go places in his career. He has a perfect attitude, and the world would be a better place with more guys like Andres in it! Thank you so so much brother! Thank you all!

Asha was FANTASTIC! I had done a ton of research for the car I wanted. I needed an AWD model, cold weather package, and an SE trim. I was originally going to go to a different Toyota dealership but we seen this Nightshade posted the night before. I called an Audible and we took a gamble on a dealership we didn’t even look into! The only downside to the experience was the wait time. We showed up at 10am, left for a lunch break, then didn’t finish until about 4pm. Had to drive home in the dark, HOWEVER, I would have done it again in a heartbeat because the atmosphere was warm and inviting, Asha was such a knowledgeable human as well as bright and bubbly. The other people we spoke with were also very friendly and helpful too. I purchased the 2026 Toyota Camry Nightshade edition SE in Supersonic Red! Such a sharp looking car to drive off the display front! If you are in the market for one, I highly recommend tinting windows all the way around to bring the nightshade out! At first, my experience was not the best, mainly due to poor communication and lack of follow-up during the service process. However, everything completely changed after I connected with Greg. He personally reached out, gave me his direct number, and made sure we were taken care of the right way. He scheduled me directly, welcomed my family and me, and stayed involved throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize Fernando, who immediately acknowledged my appointment and was very respectful and helpful from the moment we arrived. Greg made sure all my concerns were addressed, arranged a minivan for my family, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The difference in experience was night and day. Because of Greg and his leadership, my perspective on this dealership has completely changed.
