I was gifted my 2012 VW Beetle on Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2010. Drove it away from VW of CR in fall 2011. It was my first new car. I took care of that car and drove it for 15 years. I recently decided that MAYBE I was ready for a new car and knew I wanted to stay with VW. I drove by McGrath VW and the 2026 Tiguan CAUGHT my eye! I test drove one that Wednesday and Jordan and Anthony took amazing care of me, answered all my questions, and most important- put me at ease. Buying a new car is such a stressful time but they made it simple and stress free. Appreciate them very much! They are passionate about what they do and it genuinely shines through. Dealerships...am I right? Most of them are a hassle, they constantly "bend" the truth, and they never listen to you. Not so much this dealership though, shockingly. There's something about Tia that made buying a car just a little bit better this time around. I told her she wasn't a salesperson though... she's a service person; a people person. She listened to what I wanted, what I could afford, and then did everything she could to get me into the right car. I appreciate her so much. Without her I would not have bought my car there. Sure, there were a couple snags but so far, pretty okay for a dealership. I'll send people her way to see if this holds true over time. (I know I was fed a few lines, but in the end, it turned out okay..and that's what matters).

My salesman Jay was very nice and patient during the whole process (I’m a very anxiety ridden person) so I was a bit overwhelmed. He wasn’t pushy at all which I liked. I got my 2024 VW Tiguan 2 weeks ago from McGrath and am loving it so far! I recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy a vehicle

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at McGrath Volkswagen. After dealing with an extremely stressful car situation, this dealership completely restored my trust and confidence in the car-buying process. Jordan Strong(My sales consultant) , Anthony Gallagher(Vehicle Sales Director) , and Collin Sleeper(General Manager), went above and beyond for me from start to finish. They treated me with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine care throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or dismissed — instead, they took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my specific needs, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What stood out the most was how transparent and trustworthy they were. Everything was explained clearly, they answered all of my questions, and they truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Buying a car can be overwhelming, especially after previous negative experiences, but this team made me feel valued, respected, and supported. Because of their hard work and dedication, I was able to get into a brand new Volkswagen Jetta, and I could not be more grateful. I truly appreciate everything Jordan, Anthony, and Collin did for me. They turned what had been a difficult situation into an exciting and positive experience. great until two weeks in the battery’s crank volt wasn’t holding, probably from sitting too long. Yes It’s a wearable item that needs to be checked, but he was here for an inspection April 6 and battery came back good condition. Im afraid some one else will go through this issue. I reccomend you asking them for a new battery before purchasing any of their car just for the peace of mind. 1 star for no support and customer service after purchase . Shame cause they have good reviews
