Yesterday I went to browse McHugh’s. It’s a bit intimidating to car shop. I went in with an idea in mind and didn’t waver from it. Bob was very understanding and I feel like he went above and beyond to make what I wanted and needed happen! I appreciate him going the extra mile!

My sales rep Xavier is absolutely wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and just and all around amazing man. He cares about is customers and it shows. Until I purchases from him the first time in 2021 I thought all salespeople were all about the business and money. Xavier is nothing like that. He’s an honest man and cares. As for the dealership McHugh, I will be driving the hour for my maintenance and should I ever purchase another car it will be from there. By the way Anna in finance is also wonderful and a “hoot”.
