McKinstry Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I am so happy with this dealership. I have a 2014 dodge ram that the fuel tank straps had rusted out. They did a great job fixing it. Their customer service was great. They even made your wait comfortable by putting your favorite show on the TV in the waiting room.

They been cool. Very understandable service especially for the nwo. Vehicles trusted each time ive left.. that matters the most because of the middle of nowhere towns that surround nwo

Stopped in the service department this am as my trick had a broken washer in the bolt that holds the hitch. The parts staff went above and beyond to help me out. The technician dropped everything and went out and picked up the part and had it installed very quickly. Allowed my wife and myself to continue our travels with our trailer back home to Peace River. My husband and I were travelling through Ontario. Our Dodge Hornet had a glitch and hada bunch of icons show up along with a check engine icon. We were in Thunder Bay. Someone we know told us not to go to the Thunderbay dealership, it would be worth driving to Dryden. That person was sooo right. We drove to Dryden problem free except for the icons. My husband was at the dealership by 740 am, they opened at 8. The maintenence department was top notch. The "electrician" was happy to help. Our Hornet was out of the shop by 820, all it needed was a reset. More then 2000 kms later we are home without any issues. This dealership actually knew what to do with a Dodge Hornet. My husband said, "friendly, fast, efficent and very kind." Thank you.
