5 stars all day long! Don and his crew are so thorough, with incredible communication and absolutely gems to work with. After 2years of ongoing issues with our BMW and another mechanic we took it to MC Auto. Don and his crew kept us in the loop, step by step and our car is perfect now. We also have a Volvo. And just today I picked it up after a few things were happening. Don walked me through everything in detail, invoice was detailed and so reasonable! I left with a smile on my face and my car is back to new! 1000% recommend this company. We are huge fans and they will forever be our go to guys ☺️ thank you Don and the gang!

We met Don working the desk and manning phones on behalf of Robin from Tattersall Automotive. His expertise, knowledge and guidance for a young entrepreneur taking over his previous business is very encouraging. The car sales section which he is now running by himself, looking at inventory, is high quality and is definitely worth stopping in to check out if you are in the area. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Went hear in my search for the best price for winter tires. I had said for my 2019 I asked what his cheapest tires were? He responded with "we don't have cheap tires" in a snarky voice. Then he said "we don't keep old tires". Good cause I want new tires at the most affordable rate not some employe upselling telling me how much for a higher price tire than their lowest. I felt his treatment of me was comparable to someone trying to keep a junkie out of their store. Cause junkies on $30,000 vehicles..

We purchased a car and took it to Don for servicing. It was the first time we have used McLachlan Auto. Our drop off time was 8am and when we arrived Don said it would be ready at 10am and they would call. At 10am we got a call saying the car was ready. Don and Lindsay were friendly and helpful and we now have found our new home for car maintenance. Also I was having problems connecting my cell to the car and I returned to McLachlan's and they took the time to help me get it all set up. What better service can one get?
