Kai and Leon in Sales are both amazing to work with, they’re always able to find me what I’m looking for or work with me one way or another. What I like here is I get treated like a normal person, feels more personal and friendly. Which is something I personally appreciate. But they can be professional if that’s the way you prefer. Impulse bought my GT3 RS through them and I trust them with consigning and selling my future cars as well. Reasonable rates for consignment. I service my McLaren 720S with an extended warranty through their service department with Mark who is also a pleasure to deal with. I personally enjoy our banter, but again, he can also be professional if that is the style you prefer. Always gets me taken care of one way or another, I’ve gotten substantial amounts of work done to my 720S and the majority of it has been covered by the warranty as Mark really helps fight to get my repairs covered. Always a great time when I go in and the events they host for customers are always a top tier experience. They regularly host or co host private invite only supercar drives. They also have open events such as Christmas parties, F1 watch events, fashion shows and others. It’s definitely worth being a customer here or at least being friendly enough with them and attending events to be a future customer. If you’re looking for a high end supercar, I do highly recommend checking them out. Really great service and often some unique stock! My GT3 RS I got through them is one of my favorite cars to drive as of the time of writing this review.

Awesome day at Cars and Cigars hosted by McLaren Bellevue and Securite Gun Club. These guys really know how to take care of their customers to build a true car community!

If you're looking to buy a McLaren, ask for Kai! Seriously, he’s the best. He helped me with the purchase of my Artura and made the whole process effortless. Super helpful, patient with all my questions, and just an all-around great guy. He's passionate about what he does and it really shows. He honestly made every step a breeze, and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was perfect. What really sets Kai apart though is how much he invests in the community. This isn’t just about selling cars, it’s about building a culture. Last week, he hosted a McLaren rally with a about a dozen of us, where we got to cruising on a fun drive. It was such a great experience, and it brought a real sense of connection between owners. Felt like joining a family, not just buying a car. Best car experience ever! Grateful to Kai and all of the team at McLaren. Bought a beautiful car from him in late February but that wasn’t the end. They believe in creating community.
