McLaren Vancouver

I’m a relatively new customer to this dealership, but I’ve bought 3 cars now through them. And I have to say I’ve never felt more welcomed. First as a dreamer, and the last two years, as a customer. This group makes you feel as if you’re not a friend, but family. And that’s evident when you see how many customers come back to this dealership even if they’re not buying Mclaren, but one of the pfaff reserve cars. I don’t want to diminish anyone’s experience, but some of the reviews mention rudeness. I’ve seen this group welcome so many looky loos, kids, and just curious folks; that I find it hard to believe anyone would be rude unless someone was pushing the limits or knowingly breaking a rule, like touching or trying to sit in a customers car. Everyone from the sales staff, to the tech and service staff are wonderful. Customer here for life.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience. I’m not rich, but I brought my friend from Europe who is a serious car collector and was genuinely interested in possibly purchasing a vehicle. A staff member who introduced himself as Rami Shanin was rude from the beginning. He told us “don’t touch anything”, even though we were not touching any vehicles and weren’t even close to them. The tone was disrespectful and made us feel unwelcome and judged. I honestly don’t understand how someone is expected to buy a high-end car if they are not even allowed to look at it closely. This is not the experience you expect from a luxury dealership. What made it even worse is that the Lamborghini dealership across the street has much nicer, more professional, and friendlier staff. They treat visitors with respect and actually make you feel welcome, which is exactly how a luxury brand should operate. We left with a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place based on customer service alone.

Dealing with Richard and the staff was excellent. He was extremely professional and introduced me into the McLaren world perfectly. Highly recommend anyone looking to get a McLaren to reach out to Richard. -Prab Mangat

This is the best car firm around. I am completely impressed by their service, handling, attention to detail and professionalism. Wilson is phenomenal. I told him that after my 4 months of working with him on a sale that I wished I could buy every car from him. It's too bad that salespeople in the US don't have this same level of professionalism. I bought a classic 1972 BMW 2002tii from him and he was extremely thorough with his approach—sending me daily emails, texts, videos, photos and documentation for the car. I never saw the car prior to the purchase since I live in the US, but he totally won over my trust, and the car is exactly what I expected and even better! A+++++++++++++++. Truly the best. Don't at all hesitate to buy from them. You won't find better!

I had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned car. I enquired online and the next day, a sales executive, Richard Han, got back to me. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and scheduled a test drive with me the sense day. I was able to perform a trade in and take delivery of the vehicle I wanted on the same day, thanks to their extremely efficient team. Other dealers asked me to find out a buyout value for my car and come back; these guys found the info themselves within an hour. This was one of the most frictionless transactions I’ve experienced buying a car. Richard even provided good after sales support. 10/10 would do business with McLaren again.
