My advice is to avoid McLarty Daniel, worst service department we’ve ever had to deal with. We bought our Jeep brand new from them plus the extended warranty. Our Jeep has been in the shop 3 times in the last few months. First time it was there for 3 days, the only communication we got from them on what was going on with it was when we contacted them. It ended up costing us $900 something the extended warranty should have covered but the service guy did not fight for us. Had we have known we would’ve taken it to a local repair shop and would have cost half as much and wouldn’t have been without a vehicle for 3 days. 2nd time in the shop another 3 days, again only communication when we initiated it. They told us it had 2 issues, fixed one. This time covered by warranty. Took it back 2 weeks later to fix the 3rd issue, told us it was covered by warranty, had it 4 days, not covered by warranty and after a digital look, the problem magically disappeared. We will never buy another vehicle or use the service department there again. Worst dealership in NWA!!! I really don’t like giving bad reviews, in fact, I never have before, but dealing with them the last few months have been so stressful I felt like I needed to warn people.

We purchased a truck from McLarty Daniel, and unfortunately, it broke down just one week after we brought it home. As you can imagine, that was very stressful and disappointing. However, their team truly stepped up and handled the situation with professionalism and care. They paid to have the truck towed, covered the cost of having it inspected and serviced, and made sure it was properly taken care of. On top of that, they provided us with a vehicle to use while our truck was being repaired , and we didn’t even have to ask. While we didn’t expect to experience an issue so soon after purchase, we really appreciate how they stood behind their vehicle and made things right. Their customer service and willingness to take responsibility meant a lot to us. Thank you for going above and beyond to resolve the situation. Thank you, Sincerely Lorelai Tuinstra

Worst experience ever. Went there for a Subaru which was pre communicated with a saleswoman. But they started pushing for a jeep. Kept me waiting for more than 45 minutes, after then the showed me the car which has a nonfunctioning infotainment display, trail gate was not working, inside wasn't cleaned up at least minimum it should be. I asked why you said everything perfect when I messaged you? Got a horrible answer "You've to buy as you see". And next shock came in front of me, they raised the price from $1500 to $18000. I just lost an hour with frustrating response from this dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go and have this experience.

The service team greeted us promptly. And we proceeded to customer waiting area. Fresh coffee and wonderful selection of donuts, no I am not scop,LOL We are so far pleased with McLaren Daniel for service on our 3018 Nissan.

Possibly the worst dealership experience ever!!!! Force to sign documents without being allowed to read. Insulated and tried to make it as difficult as possible to cancel extended warranty and gap. 🙏🏻 buyers beware. Plenty of other dealerships that would appreciate your business. Not treat you like trash or that you’re stupid!!! Feel free to contact me and I can tell you all about my worst car dealership experience ever. Please 🙏🏻 be cautious.
