We have bought from McLarty Daniel Chysler before and just like before the whole process was smooth and effortless. We drove 2 hours and saved roughly $5k Our previous Buick was totaled out due to hail damage and we found a car we liked and wanted to purchase. It was considerably cheaper than local Buick dealer. While waiting for insurance to do their part it sold and Felix who we had communicated with us called almost immediately to tell us. He did mention they just received a Buick like it and was just unloaded from the truck. We let him know we wanted it and he was able to set it off to the side and got paper work started. We drove down over the weekend and basically just had to sign paperwork and drive off. Felix was a fantastic salesman and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We gave our son our old impala. He took good care of it and did everything we asked. We wanted him to know how much we appreciated him helping out and we wanted to do something special for him. We spent weeks looking for a car for him in Memphis. We wanted to give it to him for graduation in May. Price and service are both important to us. Every dealer we spoke with from Memphis to Nashville gave us one price online and then changed the price once we were at the dealership. Where we are from, your word matters. If I tell you I'm going to do something, you can take that to the bank. We did not want to buy an airline ticket next day and fly five hours away to buy the same vehicle that was sitting on a lot 10 miles from our front door. For excellent service and a great price, we were happy to travel to McClarty Daniels in Bentonville, AR. After airline ticket and cost of gas to drive home, we still staved two thousand dollars AND, we received outstanding service. Mr. Oerez from McClarty picked me up at the airport and had all the doctuments ready to sign when I arrived. Thank you all for an amazing experience. Our son is overjoyed.

The sales experience was quick and easy. During the test drive I noticed some things, as you'd expect with a used vehicle, and mentioned them to the salesman Jay. He had no problem getting the issues resolved. They did fill the tank with my purchase and im really happy with this experience overall.
