I needed a reliable car to get my wife to heart surgery in different state. The sales rep that helped me was Candice. She got me into a beautiful Jeep compass. I explained my situation to Candice about my wife's medical needs and that she was scheduled for heart surgery in a week. Candice had all paperwork done very quickly to move the process along. But the big kicker is the day before my wife's surgery, I went to park my Jeep at work, once I put the car in reverse it wouldn't come out of reverse. I called Candice in a panic. She told me not to worry that I will have a car to get my wife to her surgery. Candice sent a tow truck to get the car and me, brought back to the dealership to fix my jeep. plus they put me in another car to use while mine was repaired. It turned out my Jeep had a minor glitch that the company repaired free of charge, and most important I was able to get my wife to her surgery. I am very grateful to Candice for professionalism and most of all putting my families needs above all. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a good vehicle. I would especially recommend asking for Candice as your sales rep. She is OUTSTANDING!!

We actually found our perfect truck ahead of time on the manufacturer’s website, and it just so happened to be on their lot. Jonathan jumped right in and made the entire process seamless from there. A smooth ride with the cargo space I need when I needed a new ride, these guys hit it out of the ball park! Jon was fantastic at knowing which car met my needs. Even when things got rough, we were all pleased with the outcome. Tell them what you need in a car and they will make it happen. All smiles for our family. Trenton in service was the best at getting things moving. Finance was painless, the shuttle crew were AWESOME! Everyone was courteous, professional and patient even when this senior lady here was slooow... and hey, thanks for the donut and coffee!

Bought pre owned truck drove it home only for the check engine light to come on. Noticed driverside brake light out .Stopped at auto store it read that the catalytic converter was needing repair and the code had been cleared before. I called dealer upset they said they would look at truck and they determined truck did not go thru proper channels and was never inspected. They just cleaned it up basically and tossed it on the lot to sell. Dealer said they would cover repair since it was their fault for not checking vehicle throughly. However it took TWO MONTHS to get fixed. They never offer me a vehical to drive or anything in the mean time. Not once did they call me to inform me of anything. I called multiple times to see what was going on got lots of differnt stories. EVERYTIME i called it took them minimum 15 to find my truck . Asked if it was under a differnt name a business maybe . I dont understand why noone ever uodated it when they did find it . After the would finally fine my truck in the system and then put put me on hold to try and figure out what was going on. I was always on phone for minimum 45 min every time i called. Waiting on part was #1 . Told at different time tracking showed part would be delivered Wednesday ( 1 month after they had truck) called a week later now we were waiting on the part would be delivered in 10 days. 11 days later I called part 7 days out. 7 days later part was in . Dealer said my vehicle would be fixed by Thursday ,Friday at latest. Friday truck not even started on repairs. After lots of angry discussions about how they had jerked me around service manager said they had only 1 lift that could hold my 3500 so that was the hold up and he guaranteed they would start truck on Monday. Monday truck was fixed. During all the back and forth I asked for a 2nd key to the truck be made for all the bs and waiting on them since truck only came with 1 key . They agreed when I picked up truck Tuesday key wasn't made.driverside bulb wasn't fixed either sold to me with bulb out but I needed to pay to have it fixed .lol Worst customer service ever. Wont ever buy here again.

Andrew and Paige are amazing! Andrew worked hard to get us financed after my husband totaled our other Jeep! They got us into this beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. This is the second Jeep we have gotten from them and loved our experience both times!
