We had CT (Two Ton) Anderson for a salesperson. Best experience ever. Went out of his way to get us out the door in two hours. (We had an appointment we couldn’t miss) He then made time for us the next day to explain all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. He was so knowledgeable about the whole car. Thank you again! We love it, but I think he knew that when we went for our test drive. I even got a big hug❤️❤️🚙

Brought my car here multiple times for the same issue full new car factory warranty within the past 6 months & this place couldn't fix it. The Lincoln Concierge would send out roadside assistance to start my car many times - I was even on first name basis with him and he's a 3rd party vendor they hired. All that to say, this shop stays waay busy and I couldn't get their attention - I told them the last time that I didn't want the car back until it is fixed - and they never offered a loaner (This is LINCOLN); and the same issue remained. Lincoln Consierge was no help - I asked them to help me get the dealers attention - they were awful and useless. Traded the car away because a warranty means nothing if you can't get a car fixed.

MD Lincoln has always taken amazing care of my Lincolns , truly some of the best in the business.. don’t usually leave reviews but having owned many German and British vehicles, I can say without hesitation, the service and accommodations are without equal. .. will continue to do business with them and send many friends their way who say the same.
