I have experienced firsthand the ignorance and arrogance mentioned in a few other reviews recently; and after owning 7 Volvos I am done with this clown show. Their Service Advisors don't know anything about the cars and their management doesn't care because their survey scores "only impact the frontline employees' commissions." If this is the new Volvo business model, I'm happy to take mine somewhere else. Good luck Dave. I hope you enjoyed that survey because every word of it was true.

We are looking for a new car and inquired over the internet what our trade in is worth. Kimberly Hicks called the next day asking if she could answer any questions about the products she sells. So I ran over and she showed me the options it had and we test drove a Forester. The first car I didn't hit my head getting in. This is a great car for tall people. Kim knew her product and when I take my wife over for a test ride I'm sure we will be driving a Forester home. Sorry to say when we made our way back to have my wife test drive and pick out a Forester they had sold all of their new ones. And it was Kim's day off but another salesman pulled up a used one and we went on a short test drive. He explained all of the options available on a new one beings the used one didn't have all of the options my wife wanted. Unfortunately my wife wasn't impressed with the car as I was. I'm sure if she had drove a Touring she would have been more impressed with the vehicle. This dealership is the most professional and clean. They run it very efficiently and professionally. We ended up buying a Tahoe (my wife's choice) otherwise we would have waited for a new Forester Touring to come in. Thank you Kim Hicks for your non pressure but very professional sales style.

We have a 2024 Volvo XC60 PHEV and a 2026 Volvo XC40 Mild Hybrid both purchased from McLaughlin Volvo with Brian Cox as our salesperson. We return each time for service, for from scheduling to service, it's a seamless hassle-free experience. It's a great dealership!

Accidentally made an appointment with subaru for my volvo .. volvo service agent said no problem with a smile and my car was serviced in less than an hour ! So impressed with kindness , patience and great customer service !

Been trying to order $2k worth of parts from them for 3 days. Been told for 3 days they’ll call back. They never do. Subaru is the same way. They obviously don’t care if they sell to commercial accounts. “What’s your phone number? Well pretend we’ll call you back and never will…” This isn’t a new development or a one time thing either. Been going on for years. Guess I’ll buy from Junge instead. 🤷🏻‍♂️
