My wife and I had a great buying experience at McMinnville Mazda when purchasing our new CX-50 Hybrid. We started this purchase with an after hours message which was promptly answered the next morning. We could not get out to look at the Mazda until five days later and the salesperson Jamie had the vehicle pulled out and ready to drive when we arrived. After a good look over and test drive we decided to buy and the purchase was really easy to complete. Andy, the manager we dealt with was easy going and very nice!. All the financing options were all explained as were extended warranty coverage and the vehicle delivery was great. Best part was the great deal they gave us on this beautiful new Mazda! Over $3000 under MSRP. Plus they filled the tank for the drive home. Stephen who we only dealt with via the phone was also very nice. 2.75 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. After 1.25 hours I asked when it would be done: " no more than 30 minutes." Asked again after 45 more minutes: "about twenty minutes." 45 minutes later, after a lot of excuses and attitude, I finally got my car back. If they would have told me from the beginning how long it took and/or been honest when I asked for updates, I wouldn't have been so upset. I did lose my temper and swore at the service guy, poor form on my part. Also was told the service was $119.95, was charged 134 and change. I learned my lesson, never go to a dealership for service work.

What a slap in the face! This place sold a truck right out from under me, even after I had confirmed my 5 pm appt. A truck for whom I had authorized a deposit of 1000 dollars for the day before, gave the all my card info for them to collect the deposit. When I arrived after my one hour drive, only to tell me they had sold the truck! Not even a courtesy call to tell me it had sold so that I didn’t waste my time! Andy the slime ball manager even argued with me about it, saying that I was on the fence about the purchase because is had asked a few questions earlier in the day over the phone! Well no shit! I hadn’t seen it in person yet, and like a normal person I had some questions about the truck I was about to pay 27k for. He then said well we didn’t collect the deposit so to say they weren’t in the wrong for selling it right out from under me anyway. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place!

Smooth and simple process. We came to an agreement fairly fast and made a deal on an 06 Miata. Would definitely shop here again.
