McNaught Buick GMC

I have owned a vehicle from McNaught for three years now, no doubt the car is Beautiful but within the first few months, I encountered significant issues, including missing parts, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, my concerns were not adequately addressed. I was initially promised a vehicle inspection, but upon arrival, I was directed to another location and subsequently charged for items that should have been present or confirmed by the company. Subsequent attempts to resolve these matters were met with various excuses, often citing changes in management (the manager was changed) as a reason for inaction. While the customer service experience was generally positive, the salesperson consistently provided excuses during the initial three months. I was never provided with information regarding aftermarket parts, despite a promise from their manager that he would share details about modifications made to what he claimed was a friend's car. This lack of information made it challenging to identify and track necessary replacement parts. The only communications I now receive are solicitations for services or products. Although car was perfect but 3 years alot of different surprises that took thousand of dollars out of my pocket.

I arranged the purchase of my vehicle while working overseas, the salesperson was very helpful and friendly, the finance manager got involved and between the two of them when I arrived back to Winnipeg I was able to pick up my new truck on the way home from the airport. A very detailed pre delivery session was conducted and I was on my way within an hour of arriving at the dealership. My experience was very pleasant straight across the board from the sales process though to delivery I would highly recommend this dealership

Found the vehicle on Kijiji, and called about it, soon after had a family member check it out for me, as I’m in Saskatchewan. Leighton & Fabian were extremely helpful with any questions I had as well as getting me a walk around video. Extra bonus if having the vehicle delivered to me in Saskatchewan!!

I had the best car buying experience at McNaught. They turned what is normally, in my opinion, a horrible experience of new car shopping into an incredibly enjoyable experience. Our sales consultant Mitch was the start of this all. He was absolutely incredible to deal with and was a huge part of what made this experience so great. From start to finish, I really enjoyed my buying experience through all our interactions with staff including Brent and Chris. I would recommend anyone and everyone comes here if you’re looking for a vehicle. I know I will be going back for my next vehicle purchase.
