Our vehicle in for routine maintenance and had an excellent experience with the service department. The service advisors were polite, professional, and very transparent about the required work and turnaround times. They got the job done quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and even took care of a complimentary wash before pickup. It is hard to find an honest, efficient service team, but these guys nailed thanks to Sir Jerrymy and Ma’am Evelyn

So here goes, to three amazing people who created magic today....I'll start with Howard Rey the guy who exercised patience as me and my son looked at various vehicles. Charming, cool, calm and knowledgeable is how I'd describe him. Next we met the sales manager, Walid (Moe) Mohammed.....so charismatic and confident. I thought to myself; the 'apple never falls far from the tree'. Meeting him I fully got it why Howard his sales rep is so good. Great leader! Last but not least, we met the Finance guy, Jeremy Gaco; positive to the core with all the negatives in the mix. He made a bad situation look so great and made us feel so comfortable. Such great sense of humor! Saying all this, Howard guided us to a 2026 Nissan Sentra which we eventually closed on. All this became possible because of these three awesome people who made us feel welcome and comfortable at every point. I'd refer anyone to them and to McPhillips Nissan.The customer service was 'off the chain'...and to add a little more 'icing on the cake', we drove the car out after a few hours.
