Ken was not only able to accommodate me with just one day's notice, but he took an incredible amount of his personal time to chat and learn about my out-of-state predicament, and to offer a solution that ultimately saved me about 6 hours of round trip drive time. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and fair in his pricing. I wish he was local to me - he would be my go-to mechanic without a doubt. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Best mechanic I’ve been to. Truly an outstanding family-owned and operated business. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist, Julie, to Ken and his father, Ken Sr, was incredibly welcoming. I brought in a pre-owned car for a PPI. Ken took the time to sit down with me and clearly explain the issues the car had, along with my options. As someone who just moved to Connecticut for school and is a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated his honesty and patience. He provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision. Ken was fair, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me out during a stressful time. Not only did they look over the truck I was looking to buy, but they informed me about some nice OEM mods to the vehicle that I would not have known about otherwise. They let me know what work was likely to be needed in the coming months. Best of all, they were kind and personable. People who understand customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend.
