He was absolutely fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect vehicle. Julian listened to exactly what I needed, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable with my choice. Once it came time to crunch the numbers, the Financial Department made the process an absolute breeze. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they were incredibly transparent, efficient, and worked hard to get me a rate that perfectly fit my budget. They explained every detail clearly and got me through the paperwork with zero stress. Finally, I have to commend the whole Service Team. They are top-notch! I love this dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. The process was easy and enjoyable. No lame sales tactics. No pressure. No bait and switch. Just fair deals and enjoyable times. I recently purchased a new 2026 Dodge Ram from Meadowland of Carmel and had an excellent experience. Big Mike was my salesman, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He thoroughly knew the vehicle and took the time to walk me through all of the truck’s features, especially the various technology functions. The test drive was also very helpful, as we drove on different types of roads, including highways and back roads, which gave me a great feel for the truck. When I picked up the vehicle after the purchase, Big Mike spent additional time setting up the technology functions to my preferences. He helped program my phone to the system, set up the app on my phone, and showed me how to use features such as locking and unlocking the vehicle remotely. He even followed up the next day to see if I had any questions. Overall, it was a very professional and positive buying experience. I would highly recommend Meadowland of Carmel and Big Mike to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks for all you do for United for the Troops - I donated!

I want to say I loved this experience but I didn’t. I brought my Gladiator in for a corrosion issue, they replaced my hood, two doors, and the tailgate. Everything seemed fine until I noticed a nice new scratch on my drivers side door. Unlucky for me they concluded based on a scratch above the new one that it must have been me even though my truck did not come in with this scratch. I don’t care if someone does something on accident or if they just didint realize, but all I could say was ok to them saying they would do nothing to fix an issue that my truck did not have before. I can only hope my doors are aligned so that I don’t have any other reoccurring issues. Dealers always win don’t they? Sadly not a big enough area for me to want to hit my own insurance with this and me taking the bigger hit in the end. I was so happy that I could possibly bring back the truck for any others concerns I might have but their inability to admit that the truck did not come in like this has now deterred me from it. Thanks Meadowland! Fix one thing to mess up another. Regarding your response: It’s cute that you think you did me a favor. This was a warranty claim—Stellantis paid you, so let’s not pretend this was out of generosity. I bought the truck too, not from you (thankfully), but again, NOT for free. Given your service department’s history of dissatisfaction, I’m not exactly worried about your opinion. Another update: went to take off my driver side door, you over tightened the screw so I can’t and I’ll have to have someone do it for me. Also, look at the great paint job you did. Guess I may be in contact with you sooner if Jeep wants me to bring it back to you, one can only hope I don’t have to. Another update on 3/23/26-look at bolts now.
