I came down from 5 other used car dealers and Ray was the first one to actually listen. I don't have credit and am slowly trying to rebuild my life as a single parent, with compassion and kindness, he and his family made sure to help find a way to get me my car! Even staying well over there close hour just to make sure we'd have it before the weekend!!! Very understanding and very eager to work with me!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
Ray, I removed this bad review for you. Please understand the reason why I wrote this bad review. I was angry with you because you took my husband's Chevy Cabolt from him while he was working hard to earn the $500.00 downpayment on the car for you and he was going to come in the following day to finalize the papers and you already had the Honda as a trade in. You didn't give my husband a chance to finalize the papers. I understand we all feel angry when things dont always go as planned. Please understand that we were angry about what happened. I can see that your a good man and this can be worked out. My husband cares about you and considers you his friend. You can delete this after reading or call me and I will delete this message. We are not angry with you now. This is in the past.
Meadville Motors is the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with—crooked, unprofessional, and predatory. Their vehicles are overpriced, low-quality lemons that no family should trust. I took over payments on one of their cars, and it’s been nothing but trouble, unlike my personal vehicle, which is far superior and never behind on payments. Their customer service is abysmal. The staff, especially Ray, makes empty promises to “work with you” only to lie and turn hostile. When a payment was just an hour late, they threatened to repossess the vehicle and even had the audacity to threaten to call the state police on my wife, claiming she’s not allowed to drive the car. A dealership has no right to dictate who drives a vehicle or threaten legal action over a minor delay. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Meadville Motors preys on customers with deceitful tactics and substandard cars. Stay far away! I'll be contacting the better business bureau!
