My experience at the Mechanicsville Honda was amazingly smooth. I was met at the door by Bret O’Shaughnessy, with kindness, willingness and intentionality in assisting me to buy the car of my choice. I was thoroughly impressed with Bret’s patience through what ended up being a quick process of brand new car buying. I was equally impressed with his knowledge about the car I was purchasing. Bret was a genuine, thoughtful &decent person as displayed in his character! Bret & those he was working with in the other departments also stayed after the dealership closed to finalize my paper work! They came out of their offices and congratulated me!! The service I received from Bret was A-Class excellent!! And all those who were at work on May 8th were kind and pleasant! . This is a magnificent place to purchase your new car, or next car!! I was thankful that Bret was not a pushy car salesman, but rather a person of tremendous character that was interested in helping me to get the car of my choice!! It was easy to book an appointment and do a test drive, even in the rain. Doug T. was super helpful and knowledgeable! Kenny M. was speedy with the financial portion of the process. I’ve had bad car experiences in the past so it was refreshing to get what I was looking for without any hassle. I’ll be a return customer!

They are great at scheduling you in based on your availability and are ready to receive you when you get there. Ask for Doug Talley, a Sales Consultant who has been in the business for years and knows Honda and the Honda features like the back of his hand. He was professional, personable, and knowledgable with NO pressure tactics at all. He truly wanted to get me into the right car at the right price.
