AMAZING! I had the most wonderful experience at this branch. The people and the service was so good I felt like a queen. They listen, they give and most of all they go the extra mile to get you in your dream car. Shout out to Dustin the finance manager and Chloe my salesperson. They are absolutely awesome. I had a mitsubishi and I won't lie, i loved it, however, there is no dealership here and getting anything fixed was a HUGE hassle & cost a fortune so I started searching for something that I felt was comparable & that's when I found the Rogue. My husband & I decided to go have a look and I'm glad we did! From the time we pulled into the lot Darcy was a huge help & very accommodating. Between the service we received & the test drive, we new pretty quickly, this was my car and the place we'd buy it. Great service both from sales with Darcy and then with Jeff in finance, I highly recommend shopping local at the Medicine Hat Nissan. March 21 2026 update: I've had my rogue for a bit now & have been able to put some highway kilometers on now too, & I friggin love my rogue! The highway driving is really nice and smooth. The interior has lots of room & is so comfortable. My Granddaughter loves the heated back seats. I have turned off the auto pilot. I didn't care for my car steering & I like to have control on the road. I know a lot of people that love feature though. The audio is amazing and the moon roof is fabulous!

How often do you get to buy a car from a guy who is a member of the same service club (MH Kinsmen) and also plays in the same cornhole league (SE Alberta Sundogs)? We weren't actively shopping for a new vehicle but got wind of a 0% financing promo and talked to our friend Darcy Foster about it at last week's Kinsmen meeting. One thing led to another and next thing you know, we're meeting Darcy on Friday at the dealership for a test drive. Monday we dropped off our Mazda SUV for trade, Tuesday we wrapped up the paperwork and Wednesday there was a 2026 Rogue Platinum getting familiar with its new home in our heated garage! What a great vehicle! Over the years, we've bought and sold a dozen+ trucks & cars with this latest purchase ikely being one of the more enjoyable experiences for us. Although Darcy is relatively new to car sales, he seemed to have some pretty solid skills explaining the new product, moving through the paperwork and creating some really great customer dynamics along the way. How nice to not only buy a vehicle from a friend BUT also a person who's obviously at the start of what I know will be a long & successful career! Thanks Darcy for a wonderful sales experience and for putting us into a sweet ride we're going to really enjoy for the next few years! Great experience with Sheila at Nissan Madison Hat. She was friendly, helpful, and arranged a smooth test drive while showing us different cars. Even though we didn’t purchase, we really appreciated her professionalism and the way she explained everything. Highly recommend!
