10/10. Buying a new vehicle often means calling multiple dealerships, waiting for callbacks, sitting through sales pitches, and trying to avoid pressure tactics for unnecessary add-ons and upgrades. Too often, dealerships focus on selling what benefits them rather than what’s best for the customer. Fortunately, none of that happened here. One phone call was all it took, and the deal was done. Martin and Dakota were an absolute pleasure to work with — straightforward, transparent, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They presented all the available options clearly, without any pressure or compulsory dealer add-ons. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly stress-free. A big shoutout to both of them for patiently answering every question, and also to Nigel, the Service Manager, for his support and professionalism. Highly recommended dealership. My next vehicle purchase will definitely be here again!

Had a wonderful experience at Toyota Medicine Hat. Martin was fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable and did not have a pushy-salesman vibe. He easily accommodated my specific requests for the vehicle and was very patient with my kid. On the money side, Dakota was also great. She was easy to get ahold of and worked around my schedule. Very happy with my new ride.
