I went elsewhere, and after a thorough evaluation, I got a fair price for my vehicle. The 4 stars are for the selection of vehicles. As for the appraisal, they didn't even bother to bring my car into the garage... it's winter, the vehicle is dirty... the person just walked around it... OK, I'll give you a discount! Lack of professionalism.
