# Summary The dealership receives praise for friendly, personable staff members who provide attentive customer service and go above and beyond during the buying process, though multiple customers report serious post-purchase issues including mechanical problems and unresolved warranty and repair commitments that went unaddressed for extended periods.

Casey and Steel made purchasing our first car a breeze!. I highly recommend buying a car for Mega! They definitely care about the customer and not just a sale! Thank you again for helping us leave the lot extremely happy in our new K5!

0 stars if possible…. I had a very disappointing experience with Mega Motorworks and would not recommend them. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them at the end of 2024. At the time of purchase, I worked with Ron and Carl, and there were already known issues with the vehicle — specifically a TPMS sensor and a warning light for the air suspension. I was told both of these would be fixed after the sale. Not long after buying the vehicle, I started following up regularly about the air suspension repair. Every time I spoke with Ron, I was told he was “working on finding a mechanic” and that I would get a call back. Also being told that the jeep would still be drivable in the meantime. (which it’s drivable but the value is not what i paid for) That went on for MONTHS with no resolution. I called consistently every month or two and got nowhere. Around March, Ron told me to try using my warranty. After spending hours on the phone and over $2,000, I found out there was no warranty active — because Mega Motorworks never submitted it properly. That alone is completely unacceptable. They eventually corrected it weeks later, but only after I had already wasted time and money. Fast forward to fall, I followed up again and still got no real solution. On top of that, they don’t offer loaner vehicles, so if you leave your car there, you’re essentially stranded. Now it’s 2026, and after calling again, I’m told there is completely new staff. The owner, Rory, never responded to my email, and now I’m being told that since I don’t have everything in writing, they won’t help me at all. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I purchased the vehicle with my dad, who clearly remembers the same promises about the repairs. To make matters worse, the Jeep has also had an intermittent check engine light since I bought it. At this point, I WILL be filing a complaint with the Wisconsin DOT because it’s clear this dealership has no interest in standing behind what they say. Overall — poor communication, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. Buyer beware

My son just purchased an amazing vehicle from Mega Motorworks. Ron Ron was amazing he made the whole experience easy. He was friendly personable and made the interaction feel like you were among trusted friends. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had or witnessed at an automotive sales company/dealership! Highly recommend and we will be back for all our family's future auto needs!

Had a great buying experience with Ron and the team. Had a couple issues waiting for money to come in but they held the car I was interested for over 3 weeks with just a $100 deposit. They checked in twice just to make sure I was still interested. They had a fob made for me, some touch up paint, and also had new tires installed to correct an issue with it pulling to the left. Easy to work with, everyone was very friendly, facility was clean and well maintained, staff was easy to work with and went above and beyond. Great buying experience, will definitely return for another car in the future. Got a 2013 Kia Sportage with 59,000 miles for a very respectable price.
