Had a great experience buying my 2023 Dodge challenger from here back in August. Nick was awesome and very nice, gave me a good deal on the car even though it was a limited Swinger edition with 891 miles on it, helped sort out all issues promptly, quick to respond, had the car cleaned and filled the gas tank before it was shipped out, since I live many states over. They also sent me some homemade cookies after my purchase, which was pretty sweet of them. A few months after my purchase, Nick even reached out to ask how I liked the car. I’ve already told some coworkers and friends about Mel Hambelton Ford. Would recommend. Only had a couple issues. One was with paperwork arriving later than it should have, and the other was the water spotting on the car when it arrived. Car was in immaculate condition, though.

I had the best first car-buying experience!! Rudy was a great help in finding me the car I wanted. He listened and explained things throughly. There was no pressure and it was a light and fun atmosphere! He made buying a car enjoyable!! 10/10 recommend!

I bought a 2026 F350 Platinum Tremor on December 4th of this year. The Redneck Guy helped me order my new truck & texted me a funny video when the truck came into the dealership. After I drove my truck home I heard a knocking noise coming from the back passenger side of the vehicle that was annoying. I made appointment with the service department to find it because I couldn't find it myself & it was driving me crazy. The gentleman named Kent helped locate what was making the noise & fixed it for me. I appreciate the help from sales & service department with my new truck. My wife and I had a great first-time experience purchasing a new Ford Explorer from Mel Hambelton! Hassan Madi was our sales associate and he made the process smooth and made sure our needs were met! There was never any pressure or tricks, just making sure we got what we came for! After we took delivery of the vehicle, Hassan had engaged with another customer. He took the time to call and apologize for not being able to see us off personally. The extra mile made me feel that he and Mel Hambelton genuinely care about the customer experience!
