Melloy Jeep

Im having to edit this review. I don’t like speaking ill of a business but I did my best to resolve it. I bought a used 2022 Ram 2500. Truck had undisclosed body damage. Door and fender had been repainted. I had an agreement with the GM. I agreed to keep the truck if the would fix my issues with the truck. Once I agreed to keep the truck they didn’t fulfill their end of the agreement. I would not recommend this dealer for a used car purchase. I don’t think the sales side of the dealership is not reputable or the management itself. Managers come and go so there is not binding agreement unless it’s in writing. Worst purchase and experience ever.please don’t write and ask me to reach out to you. We all know that’s just a polite way to answer this post. If you were sincere you would contact me and make things right.

I set up an appointment for an electrical issue 4 days prior to when the service would occur. I drove 250 miles and had to spend two nights in a motel to have a home for our dogs when the truck was in the shop. I arrived before the appointed time, dropped the car off and was told that it might be a bit due to a technician shortage. I called at 3 pm and was told they hadn't looked at the vehicle. At 5pm I arrived at the service desk to be told they couldn't get to it for another day. I wish I could say this was a rare occurrence but it seems so typical of CDR dealers in the west. When you find a good one, give them lots of praise. I spent money on hotels, gas and my time for a lousy service experience. My advice: don't buy a car here and expect a decent service experiences. It ain't happening.

Amazing experience im n berlillio and tried to contact larry hall because they were closer and yet their service department never answered or pit u on hold for so long you hung up, yet the first time i called here, they answered and got me right in. Absolutely worth the xtra drive down from the big guys in Albuquerque. This is my dealership for now on the service department was phenomenal.

This place is awful for service. The service rep Michael Gonzales told me they would have my car about 2 days and that turned into almost two weeks. He would not respond to my requests for updates, lied to me multiple times, wasted my time, and left me without a vehicle for an entire weekend by never calling me after my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. My invoice states it was finished at 12:40 on a Friday and I had to text him Monday morning for an update before I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He told me that one of the issues could not be duplicated so they didn’t fix that. When I said that was unacceptable, and clearly there was water leaking in the back window, he said they would check it again. Nothing was done, he LIED and they didn’t touch my vehicle again after he promised he would. The other issue they claimed was fixed was not and I easily verified the door was still leaking within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership. If you need any service on your vehicle under warranty, DO NOT take your vehicle here. The WORST experience at any dealership I’ve ever had. I regret buying my vehicle from this shady place. I wish zero stars was an option. They don’t even deserve one star. Edit: WOW, the nerve this place has to respond to my review and claim they have no record of my visit. Let me attach the invoice you idiots. Nice try to lie again though. You people are the worse kind of awful.

Wil and Orlando were fantastic sales reps. Both worked with us to explain what deals they had and how these could be applied to our new vehicle. Wil’s knowledge the Jeep Wrangler 4xe helped us in making our decision. Orlando was tenacious is working with us to reach a price that kept us in our budget. Thanks guys!! This beautiful Jeep has already come in clutch.
