By far the best experience my wife and I have had at any dealership so far. Jaron Wilkes was our salesman and he went above and beyond in my book. The staff treated us like regulars even though it was our first time there. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we would definitely purchase from them again.

Took my 2022 Chevy 2500 diesel in for a transmission issue. Truck was still under warranty. The first time they called and told me that the tech was able to feel what the issue was(truck shifting hard and complete loss of power),so they sold me on a transfer fluid as well as transmission fluid and filter change,due to mileage which I agreed needed done. Driving the truck home I had the same issue happen again,called and told them it was doing the same thing,took truck back and they drove it 173 miles and supposedly never feeling what I was telling them about. I get my truck back and had oil changed,the Strickland Brothers shop tells me about a rear main seal leak,which was never mentioned to me by the dealer.Even after a so called multi point inspection, nor even when the changed my trans fluid and filter,leak is inches away from transmission pan.typical dealership rip off. Bottom line find another dealer if you have to go that route.

I traded in my 2010 for a 2017 nissan frontier. I love it so far, it's been a few weeks. My salesman JRon is the best car salesman I've ever worked with. I now have bought 2 vehicles from him. No issues at all. Go see him he will definitely take care of you.

I went in on October 14, 2025 for an oil change. I had also requested the service team to look at my washer fluid line and tank because there is a leak somewhere. They said they had ordered the parts for it. I hadn’t heard anything back after two weeks so I called to check in. They said they would make a note to check on the parts. Another two weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I called again and was told the parts were on “back order.” It is now THREE MONTHS LATER (January 18, 2026). And I still have yet to hear anything. I will not be returning for any services.

I am beyond pleased with my new Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve! Jaron was so helpful and delightful to work with! Everyone was so nice! This is our 9th vehicle purchased at Memering over the years!
