Purchased a TRX in March 2026 cash $82,500. I was told it was perfect no issues. 2 days later it didn’t want to turn on, after 20 minutes finally turned on but wouldn’t shift into gear. They told me to take it to west mifflin location I did and the service desk said I’d take it to Ron Lewis Ram dealer and they would fix it. They agreed to cover the cost. It’s been over 2 months and 3 trips over 4 hour waits each to Ron Lewis and they say they can’t figure out how to fix it that they think it’s a engineering issue and they scheduled me again to drop it off. As my only work truck I have missed so many days because the truck wouldn’t turn on, stuck multiple times and had to be picked up and leave truck on side of road. I have contacted memorial highway dealer multiple times and they didn’t even return my calls. It’s ridiculous spending over $80,000 on a truck and it’s a lemon. Ron Lewis said this issue they had to know about. I recommend not to buy here! Go somewhere else.

We’re return Memorial customers. Every experience has been great! Just drove my new 2026 Tahoe RST home. Charlie really listened to what I wanted. The whole process was fun and low pressure. Paperwork was efficient. Tahoe was ready to go and Charlie made sure that I had all my questions answered before I left the lot.
