An Unforgettable First SUV Experience! This was my very first time purchasing an SUV — and my third car overall — and I can honestly say my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was beyond amazing! It took me two hours to get there, but it was absolutely worth the drive. Great service at Hagerstown MB Dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nick, the service manager assured us that he would do his best to have us back on the road as quickly as possible. We were shown our bad tire and after consulting with Nick a solution was found. He had us back on the road, headed home, and safe to travel. We were fed while waiting and everyone we encountered was kind. We may even stop there for service on our trip back to Maryland. Very nice folks & extremely professional.
