We had an amazing experience buying our first Mercedes Benz Brampton. Highly recommend Tony He, Sales Consultant and Gabriel Davidson, the Financial Service Manager. They are both very friendly and patient to answer every question you have, making this exciting decision extremely smooth and enjoyable. Tony went above and beyond with attention to every detail from beginning to end, without being pushy. They kept frequent updates on the status of the car and the whole process and made sure that everything was in order. The level of professionalism was amazing and beyond what we even expected from a dealership. In the future, if I or my family needs a new car, we would absolutely go to them again and again!

Bought a 2026 GLE53 Coupe at this dealership early January 2026. I had the pleasure of working with Waseef. He was extremely informative and professional. I never felt rushed or hurried into making a decision. Even though I had done my research, Waseef explained everything about the car to me. I also had the pleasure of working with Nikhil on the finance side. Nikhil was very helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions for him after my purchase but before handover, and he responded promptly to all my questions. Finally, I had the pleasure of working with Harsh post delivery. Everyone was ultra helpful and professional. These guys made me feel special when I came to pick up my car. I would definitely go back to this dealership if and when I plan on cycling out of my car in a few years.

I always have an exceptional experience at this Mercedes-Benz location and a big reason for that is my service advisor, Yasi! He’s the best and so patient when I’m so anxious and just want to switch my car altogether. He is incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, and he truly makes the entire experience feel luxurious from start to finish. I recently had a few concerns with my vehicle but Yasi took the time to listen, answer all of my questions and ensure everything was handled with care. His communication, knowledge, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction gave me complete confidence throughout the process. Overall customer service at this location is consistently outstanding it has a welcoming atmosphere makes every visit a pleasant experience. There is another Mercedes-Benz location much closer to me buuuuuuuuut I happily make the extra drive because the level of service here is second to none ok! Thank you to Yasi and the entire team for always providing such a high standard of care because exceptional customer service is hard to find these days and it’s refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and respect. I felt special! This team truly reflects the luxury and excellence that youd expect from Mercedes-Benz. They’ve earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend this location.

Kevin Lam, is the best Sales consultant I’ve ever dealt with. I have bought tons of high end vehicles in the past however my experience with Kevin was the greatest!
