We purchased our third vehicle, GLC300 4matic, from Mercedes Benz Edmonton West and the experience was just as excellent as the first time we came. We returned because of the professional staff; Manny was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond as he always does to understand and to find the vehicle we were looking for. As returning customers, we felt valued and taken care of from start to finish. I am very disappointed with my experience with Mercedes-Benz West Edmonton. I purchased a brand-new Mercedes less than one year ago expecting the quality and customer support that the Mercedes brand is known for. At the end of December 2025, the sunroof glass suddenly cracked and broke without any impact or rock chip. The vehicle is almost new, and this kind of issue should not happen on a premium vehicle. When I contacted the dealership for help, I did not receive the support or responsibility I expected. I understand windshield damage from rocks may not be covered, but a sunroof breaking without any external damage on a nearly new vehicle should at least be properly investigated. I paid a significant amount of money for this car, and the lack of assistance from the dealership is extremely disappointing. I expected better customer care from Mercedes-Benz.

I recently purchased a GLC 300 from them and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Whitroy was outstanding—he patiently answered all of my many questions, took the time to explain every feature included in this trim (and even the ones that weren’t 😄), and never made us feel rushed. He really listened to our needs, understood our budget, and did his best to make everything work for us. Troy from the finance team was equally great and made the financing process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend them.
