They provided me with a rental while my car was being looked at, offered to even drive me home. Went above and beyond. I was completely reassured everything was smooth and easy getting the other car. Service and follow up is not their strength had a 9:30 appointment for a 60 minutes job I was told at 2:30pm called theme to get an update on my vehicle, just got rolled in she said…. I ask please send the shuttle to get me please I’ll wait at the dealership, I was told it will be there soon to pick you up I’m 6-8 minutes away That’s been a hour and a half of me standing by the doors waiting for the shuttle. That will be my last visit I’d rather drive to Ottawa and get the proper service and treated as an appreciated customer. Times are tough, customer retention is extremely important I believe.
