We've been happy Mercedes customers for many years. As our last lease came up for renewal though, we were dreading the process - dealing with Sales people is rarely enjoyable. Julia Lioris from Mercedes entirely changed our view on this process. She gave us the most wonderful experience! Julia reached out to us proactively with a quote on new lease options - she gave us all the information up front... all via email. We did not need to drive across town to the dealership, or even get on the phone to make our decision to renew. She was extremely fair in her dealings - evaluated the condition of our existing vehicle without bias and gave us a great price on the new lease. Julia was super responsive - instant replies at any hour of the day, no pressure, no nonsense, all facts. She went out of her way to save us any hassle - down to returning paperwork to us via FedEx when we accidentally gave her the wrong sheet of paper! On the day of pick up, we were really short on time - she allowed us complete our signatures the day prior in the comfort of our home via Docusign, ensured the staff knew we in a hurry and had lined up all steps we needed to complete so that we were in and out of there in 20 minutes!
