I am very disappointed with my metris van service I came here 5 times for one ticking sound After troubleshooting on 1st visit JOHN PINCETE told its actuaor which needs to be replaced I paid 2200$ and get a new one After one week same noice came back Again i dropped my vehicle for 2 days and took off from work They said its fixed After one week same noise came back Then again 3rd time i dropped my vehicle And now they saying it is the control unit which needs to be replaced which is costing 4000$ and still when i asked if i change will it fix the problem of tucking sound? Still they have no answer for that and casually said they can say anything To be honest service team has given me a lot of hard time I trusted them alot did whatever they recommended But their professionalism in diagnostic is totally. ZERO I paid 2500$ in total compromised my 5 days of job approx 1200$ And still my van issues is not fixed I hope they dont put anyone in this situation especially whose income depends heavily on his work van Van service used to good before but nowdays its far below average
