I recently purchased a GLE63 AMG, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. I did encounter a small issue, but the General Manager, Rashid, was incredibly quick to resolve it. His customer service, along with the entire team's, was exceptional. A big shoutout to Chris in finance—he was amazing to work with and got me the best interest rate. Jack was my salesperson, extremely professional and quick to respond to all my messages.

As once passionate Mercedes-Benz loyalist who's owned/leased four vehicles from the brand (with 3 up until today), I'm absolutely enraged and devasted by the underhanded, slimy dealings at Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. If integrity, honesty, or basic respect for customers matters to you when buying or leasing a car, do yourself a massive favor and steer clear. GM Rashid, the epitome of sleaze. The fish rots from the head. They will treat you nicely when you sign papers, but when you return, thats when they'll treat you like trash. They don't allow other dealers to buy out leases so they can strong arm you to not offer you equity in the vehicle despite showing comps. And use deceitful tactics to squeeze every drop out of customers. Rashid offered to waive my last 3 lease payments for about 4700, but rescinded the offer after I had said no, and came back a month later, and offered me $1k. (with no additional milage on the car) He justified it by saying : "I can offer you less just because I can, thats how it works" Even though it doesn't make sense, offering 3.5k less just because. Talk about valuing a customer. And upon returning my lease they tried to throw the book at me by charging me 3 months car payment, after I made a stink they said they made a "mistake." I have purchased cars from many different dealerships, and I have never been treated as badly as I have been treated at Mercedes Benz North Vancouver. I will NEVER purchase from MB NV ever, and I am moving away from MB as a brand after driving them for the last 6 years.

We had an Excellent experience with Shahab Asadi at Mercedes-Benz North Van! He was very attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our GLS. He made everything easy and stress-free for me and my husband, and we especially appreciated that he was never pushy. His customer service was outstanding.
