42 Years of Tire Expertise Ignored – Terrible After-Sales Service I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 High Roof from Mercedes-Benz Oakville (delivered in Markham). While the vehicle is new, I discovered that all the tires (manufactured in 2025) have clear factory defects. I am not an average consumer making a guess; I am a Wheel Alignment and Tire Technician with 42 years of experience. I know exactly what a structural factory defect looks like. I brought this to the attention of the sales team. While the initial salesperson was polite, the dealership’s ultimate response was dismissive and unacceptable. They refused to take responsibility, claiming there is "no warranty on tires"—even though the vehicle is literally two weeks old. It is deeply disappointing that a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz fails to stand behind the safety and quality of their components. To ignore a professional’s technical assessment and hand over a brand-new vehicle with defective rubber is both unprofessional and a safety concern. Even the sales rep tried to help but zero accountability from management, dismissive attitude toward manufacturing defects, and poor after-sales support. I expected much better from Oakville Mercedes. Think twice before buying here if you expect them to honor the quality of what they sell.

My experience at this place has been nothing short of amazing!!. I particularly have to mention Tayeeb Anwarzada at the sales department. What a gem!👍 He was patient with me and explained the whole process. He is very easy to talk with and really friendly. Keep this guy whatever you do!..😁 Dennis at the finance department was also excellent and Ali at the delivery department was just as good. Even the manager came to introduce himself. The delivery day went smoothly and the car workings was carefully explained to me. My wife and I were really impressed! I just bought a S63 AMG from Mercedes Oakville, I reached out to Denney Edgar directly, he is pre-owned manager. Historically I had a poor experience with their sales staff. Denney was transparent, direct, and collaborative. No sales games. No disappearing acts. Just straight answers and good vibes. He made the process so smooth as AMG suspension.

I bought a new GLE 450e 2025 last year in October. This is my second Mercedes. And what a disappointment! This car has been giving issues with starting. Last week I took the for service and the technician mentioned that they had to change the batteries in the key and that it’s all good. Today, the car again had same issue and both the keys won’t start the car. I am stranded in freezing weather with my child and road side assistance gives 60-90 min time to pick up. I called the sales person, Safi who apologized vigorously. And promised to send me text with roadside assistance. I had to call him again to get the text. The charging of car gives fault on the app. I so want to give this car back but apparently I can’t. I have lost faith in driving this car and don’t find it safe anymore. The car can anytime decide to not start and I can be stranded! But all Mercedes would say that technicians would take a look. Which they already did a week back. Horrible. This is was the experience I expected with Mercedes
