Mercedes-Benz Oakville Van Centre

We recently purchased a brand new, zero-kilometer Mercedes Sprinter Van, only to find out that it came with defective tires. The dealership called us in to resolve the issue, but our experience was an absolute nightmare. Here is how they "helped" us: They offered to take tires off another brand new van and put them on ours. When we inspected those tires, we noticed they looked even older than ours, so we rightfully refused. They then promised to order brand new tires and call us back. It has been over a week, and we have received absolutely zero follow-up. Ignored Safety Concerns: We explicitly told them that the van was making strange noises while parking and there was a problem with the alignment . They promised to take the vehicle into the shop to inspect it, but they just left us waiting and did absolutely nothing. Hanging Cables Under the Car: As you can see in the attached picture, loose electrical cables are literally hanging off the bottom of the vehicle. This is an unbelievable and incredibly dangerous defect for a brand new vehicle. Complete Waste of Time: We drove 1.5 hours each way from Richmond Hill to Oakville (a 3-hour round trip) and wasted at least another 2 hours waiting at the dealership, only to be brushed off and sent home with a defective, unsafe vehicle. Buying a brand new Mercedes should come with premium customer service, but instead, we were given excuses and false promises. They completely brushed us off. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you value your time, money, and safety.

Had an excellent experience at the Oakville Van Centre. I took my sprinter to another local dealer which it took me a week to get an appointment, they had the van for another week and still didnt fix it properly. Ashley had me booked in the next day and got started, after a few days they had the van repaired but most importantly the communication was fantastic with updates daily and the extensive road testing that the techs preformed to ensure my '24 Sprinter was actually fixed. Very happy with the visit and the next time my Van needs service for any reason will not hesitate to bring it back to this location. Thank you!
