Last week I had the honor of buying my dream car at Bridgewater Mercedes. First, I called and spoke to Rae and we made an appointment for me to meet with Ed Moravek. She was lovely to talk to and even kept in touch through the snowstorm we just had. When we went in to see their inventory, I saw the car I wanted but not in the color I desired. Ed showed me the car anyhow and he went over every single detail the car had! He gave me his time, patience and expertise which I truly appreciated! I knew then that I was buying my next Mercedes at Bridgewater Mercedes with Ed. Fast forward, they had the specific car I wanted shipped to their location and Issac and I came up with a fantastic deal for my trade in and helped me figure out the financing on my new car. He was also so wonderful to work with. A few days later, Ed called and said my car was in! He and I handled a lot of the paperwork over the phone so that I could just go in and pick up the car later that night. When we arrived, we met with Walter to sign the final paperwork. He made us feel at ease with his fun banter! Alas, I got the keys to my car and Ed went for a ride with me to show me how to set up all of the fun and new features on my new car! Thx so much Ed! I am thoroughly enjoying everything about my fabulous new car! I will say…Bridgewater Mercedes has very special people working there! They go above and beyond what I have ever experienced buying a new car. I would 100% recommend using them to buy your next Mercedes! They truly made a gal feel special!
