His delivery process of the vehicle for my wife with a beautiful Red bow on it. Explaining every detail of the vehicle, setting everything up for us to enjoy the vehicle. We would also like to Thank Oscar Morejon the sale Manager. It takes a great leader to help his team succeed. Oscar introduced himself to us, also assisted us on Explaining the Facility how it was an All In one Shop. Just a true 10 Star experience with this dealer.

After SEVEN repair attempts, my daughter Zoe’s brand new Mercedes SUV was returned to us STILL NOT FIXED — and somehow in WORSE condition than when it was dropped off. When the vehicle was delivered back today, the center console was loose, scratched up, and the side carpets were literally hanging unattached. This is a luxury vehicle, not a salvage project. What’s even more insulting is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the service department. Calls have gone unanswered, nobody returns messages, and the dealership acts like damaging a customer’s vehicle is acceptable. We purchased a Mercedes expecting premium quality and professional service. Instead, my daughter experienced incompetence, negligence, and total disrespect for her time and property. Seven attempts to repair the same issue on a brand new luxury SUV is beyond unacceptable. Returning the vehicle damaged and partially disassembled is embarrassing for a dealership carrying the Mercedes name. At this point, we have completely lost confidence in this service department’s ability to properly diagnose, repair, or even handle a customer vehicle with basic care. If you are considering servicing your vehicle here, understand this: once they have your car, getting honest communication, competent repairs, or accountability may become impossible. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered.
