Great simple and fast transaction with Rafael at Fletcher Jones. Put deposit down on vehicle on a Wednesday and flew down on Thursday (from Montana) and was greeted at the airport by my sales associate (Rafael) and the rest is history. The dealership experience was quick and easy and pressure was minimal. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again! My wife loves her (new to us) mom rig!

I recently purchased a new van from this dealership and had a great experience overall. Mr. Walter did an excellent job preparing everything thoroughly, and I really appreciated his professionalism. There was a slight delay with my title due to Mercedes Financial Services taking a bit longer to transfer the funding to the dealership, but that was outside the dealership’s control. I also want to thank the sales manager, who was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

MB Sprinter service was great and would and will be coming back!! Joy provided stellar service. She had to keep my expectations in check given my timeline but was kind, funny, and informative which gave me a great impression of the shop. When she topped all that off by getting my van back same day that put the icing on the cake. Thanks!!! (Also, love the free coffee, snacks, and Uber voucher. It made me feel like royalty)

Great experience. Shout out to Obi I believe he is the best car salesman i have encountered with in my life and i bought many cars before. He did that Obi Wan mind trick and got me into a nice car.Respectful and helpful. Finance department great as well .. I belive Loc or Lok sorry if i misspelled got me extention of extended warranty up to 5 years or 60k miles which for used car going it is to be helpful. Thank you guys

Always a great experience whenever I get my notification for my annual car service. I got the prepaid maintenance service when I first bought my 2021 Mercedes GLB, and I re-upped for another three years once that expired. It's just so convenient to be able to drop it into the dealership. They're always especially thorough and very educational whenever something needs work. Never one to nickel and dime, they always go the extra mile. This last time, they even put my new car registration sticker on my license plate for me.
